He has extensive knowledge on City Compliance and can handle any problem at hand. Having sold over 25,000 homes and having the top sales team in Metro Detroit since 2006. His knowledge of the city is unbelievable and unmatched. He has several relationships with the City of Detroit.

  Catherine is very efficient in handling the owners/clients . She believes in communication with the investor and also TRUST --first and foremost. Shes also a good judge of character and will tell you if a property is a good buy for rental or not.  This makes her and her team the group to go to for all your tenant management needs. Rick has been a team member since day 1. He is super great with the tenants and assists with picking up rent from them. Rick is a photographer and also handles inspections when they are needed to be done.
